Montgomery's Artisan Butchers

All grants have a lifespan of 2 years from approval date and must be claimed within this timeframe. Grants will automatically lapse after the 2 years; it is therefore important that you submit your grant claim in good time.  Please note that grants cannot be requested until the work outlined within the grant application form is under way.

How to Claim Your Grant

When you are in a position to claim the grant payment, please download the form above and provide the following to us via email:


  1. Completed, signed and dated Grant Claim Form.
  2. Paid invoice(s) relating to the approved project grant (invoices must cover the value of the grant as a minimum);
  3. Recent bank statement showing the account, sort code and name of the church or organisation. (Please note, we are unable to accept transaction reports or screen shots only.)


In addition you may choose to support the grant claim by project reports and/or photographs.


All approved grant payments will be paid direct into the church bank account by the 5th working day of each calendar month.
