Information for Grant Holders
Once you have been awarded a grant, you will be informed. We prefer this to be done by email. Please provide an email address, otherwise we will contact you by regular mail. You will not receive the grant until the project is underway.
When you have an invoice covering at least the amount of the grant, send us a copy, together with your bank details and the grant will be made available by bank transfer or in exceptional cases by cheque.
If you are not yet in a position to start the work, we will hold your grant for up to two years. After that time, you may need to reapply.
Once your grant has been used and the project completed, you may apply again for help towards a different project, but not within two years of your previous application. Each application is considered on its merits, so there is no guarantee that we will make another grant to the same organisation.
Monitoring your grant – if we provide a grant we may ask you to complete an end of grant report to confirm how the grant has been spent and what you achieved.
Please keep us up to date if your project or any of your contact details change at any stage.
The Trust may request your permission to provide details of how the grant to your organisation was used and the benefits to the community to promote its activities on our website. We would also appreciate it if any promotion of the completed works could include the Trust logo or mention of the Trust involvement.
If you wish to obtain the Trust logo for promotional purposes please email enquiries@email@example.com stating the required format, ie jpeg, png or eps.
